Returns and Refunds Policy

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the goods will be produced only after your order has been confirmed. Prior to placing an order, please be aware that the purchased goods do not exist in our stock. Additionally, you have the right to make changes or cancellations within 12 hours from your purchase confirmation. After this period, your rights to modify or cancel the order are waived, except in cases where the items are faulty. All orders are considered final and non-cancellable after the initial 12-hour period.

1. Return Conditions

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. Returns are permitted under the following conditions:

  • The goods received are damaged.
  • Defects are present in the print.
  • The product size differs from what was ordered.
  • The product color is not as ordered.
  • The item design is not as purchased.
  • The style of the item (e.g., long sleeve t-shirt instead of a tee shirt) differs from the order.

2. Return Procedure

If your delivered goods meet any of the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  • Send a return request within 21 days of receiving your product.
  • Contact us at support@pobico.com for all return queries, typically responded to within 12 hours.
  • Option to Replace or Refund: We reserve the right to replace faulty products at no extra cost or offer a full refund. In such cases, customers may keep the faulty product.
  • Returning the Item: If you decide to return the item, please send it to our processing warehouse at 1942 Broadway Ste 314c, Boulder, CO 80302, United States. We cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are also managed on a case-by-case basis. You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The goods received are damaged.
  • Visible defects are present in the print.
  • The product size, color, design, or style is incorrect as per your order.

Refund Procedure:

  • Request a refund within 21 days of receipt by emailing support@pobico.com.
  • Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing is conducted within 24 hours.
    • For PayPal, the refund appears immediately after processing.
    • For credit cards, it may take 5-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
